Job summary

Accenture Construct in Los Angeles is seeking a seasoned professional to lead day-to-day stakeholder engagement for large infrastructure programs. You will advise public agencies, develop outreach strategies, and translate complex technical information into accessible content for communities and officials.

You will manage meetings, address inquiries, track KPIs, and provide strategic recommendations to project leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, public affairs, communications, government relations, or community outreach.
• Minimum of 8 years supporting infrastructure, construction, transportation, or other capital projects.
• Minimum of 5 years writing proposals, bids, grant applications, or other persuasive business documents.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% depending on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day stakeholder engagement and communications programs for large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Advise public agency clients, project teams, and contractors on communications and engagement.
• Develop outreach strategies to foster understanding and maintain relationships with communities and officials.
• Prepare clear materials and executive-level messaging translating complex tech into accessible content.
• Manage public meetings, events, inquiries, and issue resolution to support objectives.
• Analyze stakeholder feedback and provide strategic recommendations to inform decisions.
• Present updates and recommendations to executive leadership and public audiences.
• Develop and track KPIs and progress reports to measure program effectiveness.
