Arora Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Proposal Manager to lead the full lifecycle of strategic, client-focused proposals for aviation, transportation, government, and infrastructure markets.

You will translate complex technical information into clear, compelling content and coordinate across technical, marketing, and business development teams. The role emphasizes continuous improvement of proposal processes, content, and technology to drive efficiency and quality in highly competitive pursuits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Communications, or related field.
• 8+ years of proposal leadership experience.
• Experience in A/E/C industry preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.
• Experience with managing RFQ/RFP/RFI content and graphics.

Responsibilities

• Manages the proposal process from pursuit to submission, coordinating across BD, marketing, and operations.
• Develops proposals, statements of qualification, and presentation materials.
• Translates complex technical information into clear, compliant content.
• Drafts and assembles materials for prime and sub-consultant bids.
• Coordinates with teaming partners and delegates tasks within the marketing team.
