You will guide strategy, procurement, compliance, and risk management while acting as the primary contractual advisor to project teams and executives. Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of contract management principles, procurement practices, and commercial management methodologies.
• Experience with construction contracts, professional services agreements, and project delivery methods (Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, CMAR, GC/CM).
• Experience negotiating terms, change orders, claims, and settlements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contracts from award to closeout across infrastructure, aviation, transportation, facilities, and capital projects.
• Provide leadership in contract strategy, procurement support, compliance, and risk management.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, legal counsel, and leadership to ensure timely, compliant contract execution.
