Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects seeks a senior contracts professional to lead procurement strategies and administer complex agreements on large capital programs. You will coordinate with project teams, finance, and suppliers to ensure compliance, cost control and timely delivery across lifecycle stages.

The role requires deep experience in regulated environments, EPC/EPCM contracts and CLM systems, with on-site collaboration at client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Law, or related field.
• 7+ years of contract administration or management experience in large capital projects.
• Experience in regulated industries such as pharma, biotech, labs or semiconductors.
• Understanding of EPC/EPCM contracts and GMP terms.
• Proficiency with CLM systems, SAP, and Autodesk Forma.
• Knowledge of construction law, insurance, warranties, and third-party rights.
• Ability to track budgets, progress and commercial deliverables across phases.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams in developing contracting strategies and commercial frameworks.
• Lead contract procurement activities: pre-qualification, tendering, pricing, negotiations.
• Administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle to meet obligations and deliverables.
• Manage contract communications, change orders, payment applications and certifications.
• Maintain contract records, document control and governance procedures.
• Monitor contractor performance across cost, schedule, risk, quality and ESG metrics.
• Collaborate with finance, procurement and project teams to validate payments and insurance.
• Manage contract change processes, variations and approvals through governance.
• Support dispute avoidance and cultivate relationships with contractors and suppliers.
• Prepare contract administration reports and assist with project closeout.
