Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects seeks a seasoned contract and procurement administrator to support government contracts on site in Los Angeles. You will assist with procurement planning, pre-award scheduling, RFP/RFB drafting, and contract compliance, coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring regulatory adherence.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or business, 5+ years in commercial/government contract administration, and proficiency with MS Office, Adobe

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business field required.
• 5+ years of administration of commercial/government contracts.
• Experience with project management software preferred.
• Knowledge of SBE/DBE/MWBE program coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist LAWA with planning procurements and setting pre-awards schedules for contracts including Board actions.
• Assist in coordination of Pre-Bid/Proposal Meetings to present the Project and RFB/RFP to bidders.
• Prepare drafts of RFP/RFB addenda for LAW A to review, finalize, and distribute to Planholders.
• Prepare draft award recommendations and Board reports, conform final contract documents, and prepare required reports and correspondence.
• Attend various meetings, including pre-bid proposal and post-bid proposal debriefings.
• Assist in Contract standardization process and monitor all aspects of contract compliance.
• Assist in resolving problems between contractors and LAWA and review contractor invoices for contractual compliance.
• Conduct closeout actions upon contract completion such as final audit, payment, etc.
