Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure/compliance roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office products (Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience in an integrated technology environment with relational databases, endpoints/APIs, and UIs.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, SQL, Power Query, VBA) and data transformation.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure and best practices.
• Experience with Linux or Windows administration.
• Familiarity with SDLC tools like Git, Puppet, Bitbucket.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences at multiple levels.
• Collaborate with Systems, Infosec, and Datacenter teams on remediation and improvements.
• Develop solutions to identify non-compliance with internal, external, and regulatory requirements.
• Document enhancements to processes, data management, and capabilities of the platform.
• Deliver and execute plans for deploying approved process and technology enhancements.
• Automate deployment workflows to minimize manual intervention and errors.
• Ensure network devices comply with DISA STIG controls and CIS benchmarks.
• Monitor and partner with teams to maintain compliance across environments.
• Support audits (internal, external, regulatory) and root-cause analysis.
• Maintain knowledge of DR/BCP and SDLC-related concepts.
