Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (ICE) is seeking an Infrastructure Compliance professional to help secure IT systems across the organization. You will work with network, server, and security teams to address non-compliance and support audits.

The role requires strong technical skills, problem solving, and knowledge of IT security best practices, plus the ability to communicate clearly with technical and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Visio, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with relational databases, endpoints/APIs and UIs.
• Experience with XML/JSON and integration technologies such as Python, .NET, C++, and Java.
• Knowledge of scripting languages for data transformation (Python, SQL, Power Query, or VBA).
• Understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, firewalls, routers, switches).
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and best practices.
• Experience in Linux or Windows administration.
• Collaboration with Systems, Infosec, and Datacenter teams.
• Understanding of SDLC tools (GIT, Puppet, Bitbucket).
• Understanding of DR, BCP, Prod vs Non-Prod concepts.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with technical and non-technical audiences at various levels.
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment with focus on timeliness and documentation.
• Suggest workflow improvements for new and existing products.
• Serve as SME for Infrastructure, Network Engineering, Network Operations, Server Engineering and IT applications.
• Develop solutions to identify non-compliance with internal, external and regulatory requirements.
• Document enhancements to processes, data management, and platform capabilities.
• Deliver and execute on plans for deploying approved enhancements to processes and technologies.
• Automate deployment workflows to minimize manual intervention and reduce errors.
• Ensure network devices comply with DISA STIG controls.
• Monitor CIS benchmarks compliance with appropriate teams.
