Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (ICE) is seeking an Infrastructure Compliance professional to protect the security and integrity of IT systems. You will collaborate with network, server, and application teams to remediate findings and support audits across internal, external, and regulatory domains.

You will analyze data, design technical solutions to enforce controls, and drive improvements to processes and deployments while maintaining strong documentation and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure/compliance or IT security.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proficient using Microsoft Visio, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with relational databases, endpoints/APIs and UIs to read and analyze data.
• Knowledge of XML/JSON and integration technologies (Python, .NET, C++, Java).
• Scripting skills for data transformation (Python, SQL, Power Query, VBA).
• Understanding of networking concepts (IP, firewalls, routers, switches).
• Cloud infrastructure knowledge; Linux/Windows administration.
• Familiarity with SDLC tools (GIT, Puppet, Bitbucket).
• Operational concepts (DR, BCP, Prod vs Non-Prod).

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences at various levels.
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on timeliness and documentation.
• Suggest improvements to workflows and features.
• Serve as SME for Infrastructure, Network Engineering, Network Operations and IT apps.
• Develop technical solutions to identify non-compliance with internal, external and regulatory requirements.
• Document enhancements to processes, data management, and capabilities.
• Deliver plans for deploying approved enhancements to processes and technologies.
• Automate deployment workflows to minimize manual interventions and errors.
• Ensure DISA STIG controls on network devices and CIS benchmarks compliance.
