Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is seeking an Infrastructure Compliance professional in Jacksonville, FL to ensure IT system security and regulatory alignment.

The role involves collaborating with network, server, and data teams to remediate findings, perform root-cause analyses, and respond to internal, external, and regulatory audits. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, analytical thinking, and experience with security best practices, scripting, and cloud/operating system

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure/compliance roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with relational databases, endpoints/APIs, and UI data analysis.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, SQL, Power Query) and data transformation.
• Familiarity with network protocols, cloud infrastructure, and Linux/Windows administration.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences at various levels.
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment focusing on timeliness, documentation, and communication.
• Suggest business workflow improvements and efficiencies for products and features.
• Serve as subject matter expert for Infrastructure and Network Engineering teams.
• Develop technical solutions to identify and remediate non-compliance with internal, external, and regulatory requirements.
• Document enhancements to processes, data management, and platform capabilities.
• Deliver and execute plans for deploying approved process and technology improvements.
• Automate deployment workflows to minimize manual intervention and errors.
• Ensure network devices comply with DISA STIG controls.
• Monitor and coordinate with teams to maintain CIS benchmarks compliance.
