Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (ICE) seeks an experienced security systems professional to design, deploy, and manage integrated physical and technical security solutions across ICE offices.

You will provide ongoing hardware, software, and network support, troubleshoot incidents, and help maintain system documentation. The role requires collaboration in a fast-paced environment, with occasional travel for on-site troubleshooting and deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, MIS, CIS, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience with Physical Security Systems & Security Surveillance Support and/or certifications.
• Experience with Active Directory and troubleshooting Windows desktop, physical, and virtual server environments, plus basic networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs).
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong problem-solving and customer-service mindset; ability to document work, follow procedures, and collaborate in a fast-paced team.
• Knowledge of networking technology (Cisco/Juniper).
• Basic scripting and PowerShell preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and travel occasionally for onsite support.
• Foundational understanding of AI-powered productivity/analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates expertise in design, deployment, and management of integrated physical and technical security systems.
• Support execution of physical security projects by completing tasks per plans and timelines.
• Provide day-to-day hardware, software, network, and basic server support for enterprise security systems.
• Assist with troubleshooting, system maintenance, and deployments across team platforms.
• Monitor, triage, and resolve incidents; perform health checks; apply patches and updates; document resolutions.
