Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. through the New York Stock Exchange is seeking an IT Compliance Analyst to strengthen its ITC program. You will work with regulators, technologists, and business leaders to ensure regulatory alignment and effective risk-based controls.

You’ll gain exposure to advanced exchange technology and contribute to regulatory reporting, with opportunities to improve automation and analytics in compliance workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) or IT audit/controls
• Experience in IT SDLC or business analysis
• Regulatory compliance experience in financial services/fintech is a plus
• Solid grounding in IT risk and control frameworks (COBIT, ISO, NIST, ITIL) and applying them to exchange systems
• Comfort reading and interpreting financial securities regulation
• Self-starter with good judgment and problem-solving in ambiguous environments
• Reliable follow-through and ability to escalate when needed
• Willingness to work outside traditional hours when markets/regulatory deadlines demand it
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Interest in automation of compliance workflows and data analysis (Python, AI tools)
• Certifications (ISACA, ISC2, ITIL) a plus

Responsibilities

• Support responses to external regulatory examinations and requests across NYSE IT systems and processes
• Own activities to maintain SEC Reg SCI compliance and similar frameworks with strict reporting deadlines
• Coordinate between business, technology, regulatory, and legal teams to keep compliance objectives moving
• Advise stakeholders on IT compliance topics, translating technical details for diverse audiences
• Keep leadership informed through ongoing monitoring and reporting of compliance status
• Analyze new systems and changes for regulatory, operational, and functional risks; propose compensating controls
