Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (ICE) is seeking an IT Compliance Analyst to support NYSE's risk-based compliance program, aligning technology with SEC regulations and internal policy. You will collaborate with regulators, technologists, and business leaders across NYSE and ICE.

You will help identify risks, translate technical topics for varied audiences, and contribute to automation and data analysis in compliance workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) or related areas.
• Experience in IT SDLC or business analysis or IT audit/controls.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in financial services/fintech.

Responsibilities

• Support responses to external regulatory examinations and requests across NYSE’s IT systems and processes.
• Own activities to maintain compliance with SEC Reg SCI and related frameworks.
• Bridge business, technology, regulatory, and legal teams to advance compliance objectives.
• Advise stakeholders on IT compliance topics, translating complex concepts.
• Provide ongoing monitoring and reporting of compliance status to leadership.
• Evaluate technical changes and defects to identify regulatory and operational risks and propose compensating controls.
