Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange’s NYSE IT Compliance team is seeking an IT Compliance Analyst to help strengthen risk-based IT controls. You will collaborate with regulators, technologists, and business leaders across NYSE and ICE to ensure alignment with SEC rules and industry standards.

The role emphasizes interpreting complex regulations, supporting examinations, and translating technical issues for non-technical stakeholders, with opportunities to apply automation and data analytics to improve

Qualifications

3+ years of IT GRC experience.
Experience with IT SDLC or business analysis.
Familiarity with governance and regulatory frameworks.
Experience with equities/fintech domains is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Support responses to external regulatory examinations and requests of NYSE’s IT systems, policies, and processes.
Own activities to keep NYSE compliant with Reg SCI and similar frameworks.
Act as a bridge between business, technology, regulatory and legal teams.
Advise stakeholders on IT compliance topics, translating between disciplines.
Keep leadership informed through ongoing monitoring and reporting of compliance status.
Assess new systems and changes for regulatory, operational, and functional risk.
