Job summary

The role supports a service‑delivery team and drives automation through scripting and development. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in engineering or information security, experience with cloud and container technologies, and strong analytical/problem‑solving skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of engineering or information security experience.
• Experience with cloud and container technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a service-oriented team environment.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication with technical and business resources.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, planning, and implementation of information security solutions.
• Tune and design systems infrastructure for security and enhancements.
• Automation of manual tasks using scripting and application development.
• Investigate and adopt new security technologies/tools as needs arise.
• Evaluate, test, and integrate new security controls, settings and security tools.
• Provide technical analysis, resolve problems, and propose solutions.
• Coordinate with developers, operations staff, release engineers, Incident Response, GRC, Red Team, and other disciplines.
• Educate and mentor team members and operations staff.
• Participate in a weekly on‑call rotation for after‑hours support.
