Accenture is seeking a senior leader in Infrastructure & Capital Projects who will drive growth and shape multi‑year client transformations across public and private sectors. You’ll partner with C‑suite and government leaders to modernize planning, governance, and delivery of capital investments, while guiding teams through the full lifecycle from strategy to operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of infrastructure or capital projects consulting experience.
• Proven success in business development, origination, and delivery of large‑scale engagements.
• Deep expertise in PMO transformation, capital governance, and program delivery.
• Strong executive presence and ability to advise senior leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

• Drive growth, shape large‑scale client transformations, and deliver complex capital programs.
• Partner with C‑suite and senior public‑sector leaders to modernize capital investments — integrating delivery, digital enablement, and operating model transformation.
• Advise across the full capital lifecycle — planning, funding, design, construction, and transition to operations.
• Originate, shape, and close large, complex infrastructure engagements while building executive relationships across priority industries.
• Lead program execution and governance as an executive sponsor or engagement lead, mobilizing global, multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Design and implement modern PMO and governance models, oversee integrated project controls, and leverage data and digital tools for portfolio decisions.
• Build and mentor high‑performing teams and contribute to internal capability development across the practice.
• Represent Accenture as a thought leader in the industry and collaborate across practices.
