Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects seeks an experienced Owner's Representative/Project Manager to oversee capital programs in the United States, guiding projects from planning to handover and ensuring alignment with client objectives, budgets and schedules.

You will lead planning and delivery activities, develop program tools, monitor performance, and coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors to drive successful execution and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in construction management, project management, engineering, architecture, or equivalent experience/degree
• 15+ years of progressive experience in construction and capital projects
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex capital projects on time and within budget

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor and SME, building client relationships and offering strategic guidance on project and business challenges
• Oversee capital projects from planning through execution, closeout, and handover as Owner's Representative
• Lead project planning and delivery ensuring alignment with budgets, schedules and performance targets
• Develop and implement program tools and processes to drive operational excellence and client success
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels and present updates to executive leadership
• Monitor program performance, analyze metrics, and propose scalable improvement solutions
