Job summary

STN, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager, Infrastructure Buildout to lead multi-site infrastructure deployments. You will plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget while coordinating with GC, architect, and engineers of record.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of large-scale deployment experience, strong vendor management skills, and a solid grasp of PM methodologies and tools. This role offers a hybrid work model with field site activity and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited program.
• 5+ years of managing infrastructure, facilities, telecom, construction, or tech deployment projects.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets and schedules.
• Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure buildout projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed plans, schedules, milestones, and resources.
• Define scope, budgets, and timelines with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, procurement, IT, and facilities.
• Manage GC, architect, and engineer of record for field coordination.
• Track budgets, forecasts, and change orders; mitigate risks.
• Ensure safety, regulatory, and operational standards compliance.
• Oversee site readiness, permitting, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Provide executive-level reporting and post-project reviews.
• Support smooth transition to operations and handoff.
