Job summary

GDH Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead day-to-day operations of large-scale infrastructure deployments.

You will manage multiple project streams, coordinate field teams, vendors, and customers, and ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget in highly regulated environments. The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional communication, risk management, and financial controls, with a fully remote arrangement within the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, focusing on infrastructure deployments and complex delivery environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing external customer projects, particularly within professional or managed services environments.
• Hands-on leadership supporting global financial services clients, including deployments in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) with dependencies and critical paths for multiple project streams.
• Oversee onsite and field activities, including vendor management, resource allocation, and scheduling for safe operations.
• Coordinate and lead field teams, vendors, and subcontractors to address logistical, material, and site access challenges.
• Develop and implement communication strategies with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams for alignment and transparency.
• Monitor progress, risks, and constraints; provide regular reports and corrective actions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders in regulated environments.
• Manage project financials including profitability, revenue, margins, and resource utilization.
• Implement QA and engagement reviews to guarantee deliverable quality.
• Identify risks, conduct impact assessments, and develop mitigation plans.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure deliverables meet standards.
