Job summary

STN Incorporated in the United States is seeking a Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure buildouts across multiple sites. You will manage scope, budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.

Ideal candidates have experience with large-scale infrastructure, facilities, or telecom deployments and proficiency with PM tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, Jira.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing infrastructure, facilities, telecom, construction, or technical deployment projects.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and resource planning.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Lead infrastructure buildout projects from initiation through completion; develop detailed plans, schedules, milestones, and resource requirements; define scope, deliverables, budgets, and timelines with stakeholders; manage multiple projects with varying complexity.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Coordinate with engineering, operations, procurement, IT, facilities, and finance; serve as primary contact for contractors, vendors, consultants, and external partners; maintain liaison with GC, architect and engineer of record; align schedules and milestones.
• Budget & Risk Management: Track budgets, forecasts, change orders, and expenditures; identify risks and mitigation strategies; escalate issues and drive resolution; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Infrastructure Delivery: Oversee site readiness, permitting, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning; integrate critical path activities into master schedule; track long-lead equipment; coordinate issue resolution.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project docs, schedules and dashboards; prepare executive summaries and post-project reviews; drive continuous improvement.
