Job summary

STN, Inc. in Orangeburg, SC is seeking a Project Manager, Infrastructure Buildout to lead planning, execution, and delivery of critical infrastructure deployments across sites.

You will manage scope, budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, within-budget outcomes. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, strong vendor management, and the ability to coordinate with general contractors and engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of infrastructure, facilities, telecom, construction, or technical deployment project experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Strong PM methodologies and tools knowledge.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure buildout projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop detailed plans, schedules, milestones, and resources.
• Define scope, deliverables, budgets, and timelines with stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners.
• Provide executive-level reporting and risk management.
• Ensure safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
