Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree in a technical field or 3+ years of related work experience.
• Must have project management experience and ability to manage capital projects.
• Experience with asset management systems supporting utilities/engineering.
• Voluntary Collection Certification D or ability to obtain within 2 years.
• Proficient in generating and presenting departmental reports.

Responsibilities

• Develops project charters and scopes of work for repair and rehab projects.
• Issues work for internal staff and external contractors as deemed necessary.
• Updates GIS/CMMS with repairs and rehab information; ensures data accuracy.
• Reviews and approves payment requests and supports budgets.
• Oversees contractor management and project schedules; coordinates with engineering and asset teams.
