Job summary

ReWa in Greenville, SC is seeking a Project Engineer II to support planning, design, permitting, and construction of capital and in-house projects. You will prepare scopes of work, cost estimates, and bid documents, and coordinate with internal teams and consultants to ensure project success.

The role requires a civil/environmental engineering background, EIT or progress toward it, and 3+ years of relevant experience, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering required.
• EIT certification or within six months of employment.
• Minimum of three years of progressively responsible engineering experience.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, design, permitting, and construction of capital projects and in-house initiatives.
• Prepare scopes of work, cost estimates, plans, specifications, and bid documents for multiple projects.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct field observations to ensure conformance with plans, standards, and permits.
• Prepare and submit permit packages; coordinate reviews with agencies.
• Assist in project closeout and documentation; support capital budgeting processes.
