Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field or 3 years of related experience.
• Experience with asset management systems in utilities/public works/engineering.
• Voluntary collection certification D license or ability to obtain within 2 years of employment.
• Proficient in generating and presenting departmental reports.

Responsibilities

• Develops project charters and scopes of work for repair and rehab projects.
• Issues work to internal construction staff and external contractors as deemed necessary and reasonable.
• Oversees and ensures accountability of outside contractors who provide services for the infrastructure service department.
• Collaborates with engineering and asset management to plan, budget, and develop infrastructure masterplans.
• Manages multiple projects with scheduling, resource, and KPI tracking.
• Provides input for interviews and onboarding of new employees in the division.
