Job summary

Heartland Dental is seeking an IT Analyst 1 - Inbound (DO Hardware) to provide remote technical support to dental office staff, troubleshoot hardware, software, networks, and imaging systems, and manage service desk tickets. You will document issues, escalate when needed, assist with Windows environments and disaster recovery, and participate in rotating on-call shifts through evenings and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience troubleshooting hardware systems over the phone.
• Associates degree in IT or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and provide remote IT support for hardware, software, networks and imaging systems.
• Document, track, and escalate issues as needed to resolve tickets efficiently.
• Assist with Windows Server/Workstation, Office apps, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Maintain system documentation and participate in on-call rotation (evenings and Saturdays).
