Heartland Dental LLC is seeking an IT Analyst 1 – Inbound (DO Hardware) to provide remote technical support to dental teams, troubleshooting hardware, software, and imaging systems. You will document incidents, manage tickets, and escalate when needed to ensure rapid resolution.

The role focuses on Windows Server, Windows workstations, and Microsoft Office, with a rotational on-call schedule until 8PM Mon-Fri and Saturday mornings. Prior hardware support and strong communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years’ experience in troubleshooting hardware systems over the phone.

• Answer inbound calls and provide prompt, effective IT support.
• Respond to electronic requests from customers in a timely manner.
• Implement and support Microsoft-related technologies: Windows Server and Office.
• Provide remote IT support to dental office team members and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Maintain system documentation and track ticket status to facilitate resolution.
• Participate in rotational on-call shifts and meet KPIs.
