You will monitor day-to-day operations, troubleshoot issues, assist in deployments and upgrades, maintain documentation, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT infrastructure.
• Foundational understanding of IT infrastructure: networks (LAN/WAN), servers and OS, security concepts, backups/recovery.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage day-to-day IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software systems.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and respond to alerts to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with IT teams to deploy new systems, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, and processes; conduct audits.
• Provide Tier 2 support and guidance during installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
