Job summary

Milrose Consultants, LLC is seeking an IT Analyst, Infrastructure and Operations in New York, NY. This role is a hands-on IT support position, acting as the first point of contact for end users and ensuring reliable technology operations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in IT service desk, strong troubleshooting, and solid knowledge of Windows and ITSM tools. You’ll work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with IT teams and external partners to maintain IT services and deliver a seamless

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT experience.
• 3–5 years in IT service desk or technical support.
• Basic IT infrastructure knowledge (networks, hardware, software).
• Experience with ITSM tools to manage tickets/incidents.
• Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, and common business apps.
• Experience supporting on-premises Active Directory.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first-level IT support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and app issues for end-users.
• Log, track, and resolve incidents in the ITSM system per ITIL practices.
• Provide remote and onsite support to minimize business disruptions.
• Escalate complex issues to Level 2 Engineers or Infrastructure teams.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot workstations, peripherals, and software.
• Assist with user accounts, passwords, and access permissions per security policies.
• Perform routine maintenance: updates, patching, diagnostics.
• Deliver professional, customer-focused technical support and guidance.
