Hadrian is building autonomous factories to reindustrialize America. As a Technical Program Manager, Capabilities, you will oversee cross-functional program delivery from planning through execution across factory locations in the United States, ensuring milestones are met and risks are managed.

This role requires coordinating engineering, supply chain, software, and operations teams, maintaining program governance, and communicating status and milestones clearly to technical and non-technical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering, business, operations, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operational execution within aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or a related technical environment
• Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project timelines or deliverables
• Ability to communicate program status, risks, and milestones clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Willingness to travel up to 40% to factory sites, customer locations, or supplier facilities as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of cross-functional programs from initial planning through execution, milestone tracking, and completion
• Coordinate with internal teams (including engineering, supply chain, software, and operations) to maintain program timelines and resolve execution risks
• Establish and maintain program governance processes, including status reporting, cross-team coordination, and executive updates
• Monitor program scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure alignment with project milestones and organizational priorities
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, supporting communication, risk tracking, and program reviews
