Hadrian Automation is looking for a Technical Program Manager to own infrastructure programs that span across capacity, reliability, identity, and builder tools. As a TPM, you will drive cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in technical program management and proven capabilities in hardware procurement. This role is pivotal in defining the TPM function and improving operations at Hadrian.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program management, including several owning infrastructure programs.
• Hands-on experience with hardware procurement and provisioning.
• Experience driving programs end-to-end from 0 to 1.
• Able to influence without authority across functions and teams.
• Extreme comfort with ambiguity and minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Own the capacity process from forecasting through ordering to provisioning.
• Mature the reliability program: incident management, RCA reviews.
• Drive adoption of the builder tool suite for AI usage.
• Own account, access, and device lifecycle as headcount grows.
• Help define what TPM means at Hadrian.
