Hark is seeking its first Hardware Technical Program Manager based in San Jose to lead manufacturing operations from architecture to mass production. You will work with design, electrical, and systems teams and coordinate with partners in Asia to land builds at contract manufacturers.

The role blends program leadership with hands-on engineering on the factory floor, owning schedules, escalations, root-cause analysis, and supporting cost, yields, and quality targets.

Formación

• 8+ years in technical/engineering program management for consumer electronics hardware.
• Technical depth in at least one hardware commodity.
• Hands-on NPI experience.
• CM and supplier management including selection, qualification, capacity planning.
• Able to operate across US–Asia time zones and travel internationally.
• Based in, or willing to relocate to, the San Jose, CA area.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as technical leader for manufacturing operations across final assembly and subassembly sites.
• Drive build prep and execution with engineering teams and contract manufacturers.
• Lead supplier, OEM, and CM selection, RFQs and SOWs, tooling and capacity plans.
• Coordinate with Asia to land every build: fixture and test readiness, and escalation path.
• Own factory issues and drive root-cause resolution with design, electrical, and systems teams.
• Support tracking of non-material costs, yields, and quality against targets.
• Communicate with engineers, executives, and external partners with precision.
• Travel ~50% to vendor sites in Asia to support bring-up, ramp, and sustaining activities.
