Linda Werner & Associates in the United States is seeking a Technical Project Manager III to drive large-scale infrastructure and capacity initiatives across engineering, data center operations, and hardware programs. You will coordinate multiple teams, manage escalations, develop documentation, and push key capacity and efficiency projects forward in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 5+ years of Technical Program Management or Technical Project Management experience.
• Hands on experience managing programs within infrastructure and/or data center environments.
• Demonstrated experience driving complex projects across multiple engineering teams and organizations.
• Strong technical understanding of infrastructure, hardware, compute, capacity, or related systems.
• Experience working directly with engineering stakeholders in fast paced technical environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.

Mansioni

• Drive complex technical programs across engineering, infrastructure, data center, hardware, and capacity teams.
• Coordinate cross organizational projects involving multiple technical teams and stakeholders.
• Provide frontline support for engineering escalations related to infrastructure and capacity.
• Partner with engineering teams to identify blockers, resolve conflicts, and keep critical initiatives moving forward.
• Support hardware capacity planning and infrastructure efficiency initiatives.
• Coordinate supply chain activities between hardware programs and infrastructure partners.
• Review project plans, dependencies, risks, and resource requirements to ensure successful execution.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge bases, and self service resources.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate support processes and internal tooling.
• Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and decisions clearly across technical stakeholders.
