Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Principal Infrastructure Technical Program Manager in Austin, TX, to lead manufacturing design, construction, and ramp to operations for the Industrial Robotics Group. You will coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, construction, and facilities to drive program success and deliver high-volume automated systems at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or equivalent.
• Advanced project management skills and demonstrated application of program management fundamentals to complex engineering problems.
• Experience managing programs with multi-million dollar budgets and broad, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own manufacturing design & construction process and coordination across planning, design, construction, manufacturing integration and ramp through handover to operations teams.
• 'Concept to completion' ownership of programs with full accountability for success.
• Own Plan of Record and scope definition by integrating factory requirements, layouts, and goals.
• Establish governance mechanisms with regular leadership reviews and cross-functional alignment.
