Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor seeks an Infrastructure Project Controls Engineer to join the Infra Integration team in Taylor, TX. You will own the fully integrated infrastructure schedule, driving the critical path from construction to operations and building automated reporting that feeds real-time dashboards for leadership.

You will coordinate cross-functional Fab teams, provide early risk alerts, and codify best practices from earlier fabs into enterprise standards, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 3–7 years of experience in project controls and large-scale technical construction scheduling.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project and data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau).
• Experience managing integrated schedules for large-scale industrial projects; semiconductor experience is a plus.
• Senior level: ability to manage complex system interdependencies; PE or EIT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the fully integrated infrastructure schedule, managing the critical path from construction to operations.
• Build and automate reporting pipelines that pull data from schedules and project trackers into real-time Power BI/Tableau dashboards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align Fab Engineering need dates with utility availability.
• Provide early warning alerts to leadership regarding schedule slips or interdependency conflicts.
• Codify scheduling and reporting learnings from Fab 1 to create an enterprise standard for Fab 2.
• Generate weekly and monthly health reports for Infra Technology leadership.
