Job summary

The role blends management with hands-on technical work, guiding priorities, coordinating execution, and diving into architecture and incident response when needed.

You will shape core infrastructure across compute, storage, and networking, improving tooling, documentation, and operational discipline to scale safely.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in systems engineering or closely related fields.
• Experience leading engineers or technical teams in a manager/lead capacity.
• Hands-on expertise across data center, storage, network, and orchestration domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day data center and infrastructure operations with focus on reliability and maintainability.
• Mentor a systems engineering team while contributing to architecture reviews and incident response.
• Own core infrastructure domains (compute, storage, network, orchestration) and ensure cohesive operations.
