Job summary

RISA is hiring an infrastructure automation engineer to build and run the platform our customers' mission depends on. If you have been doing serious Kubernetes, Ansible, and Linux work and you hold a TS/SCI, this is the rare role that pays you for both.

You will talk to the owner here, not a recruiting queue. Expect on-site work in Springfield, VA with an on-call rotation including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Advanced Linux with 4+ years in one or more: Kubernetes, Salt/Ansible, YAML, Python, Bash, or Ruby, Git.
• IAT Level II and ability to obtain CSSP Infrastructure Support within 120 days of hire.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, build, and maintenance of virtualized and containerized infrastructure.
• Mature automation across the server lifecycle—onboarding, patching, sunsetting.
• Build and maintain Kubernetes infrastructure and onboard development teams onto it.
