Job summary

ISA Consulting seeks an Associate II Infrastructure Engineer to drive technical strategy, automation, and operational efficiency for our SaaS infrastructure in AWS. You will lead tooling decisions and implement scalable automation across the platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and AWS, with strong communication and a proactive, self-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or related field; relevant experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• 2+ years of server system administration experience (Linux/Windows).
• Expertise with large, complex infrastructure automation initiatives using Ansible, PowerShell, and scripting languages such as Python, YAML, Bash, and Go.
• Familiarity with AWS and EC2.

Responsibilities

• Identify, procure, and integrate infrastructure tools for IaC and IaaS.
• Lead automation development to improve platform agility and availability.
• Design, implement, and support SaaS platform in AWS.
• Define strategy for tools like Ansible Tower, CloudFormation, Terraform.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues.
