L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate, Info Security Systems Engineering in Colorado Springs to join a highly capable engineering team.

You will define, design, implement, document, test and sustain security solutions on National Security Systems for government customers using RMF and related standards. The role emphasizes working with system developers or vendors to evaluate secure systems, implement encryption, vulnerability analysis and security management.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; 2+ years of related experience, or 4+ years without degree.
• Active DoD SECRET clearance is required.
• DoD 8140.03 IAT Level 2 certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and authorize vulnerabilities; ensure systems meet security standards.
• Contribute to design and development of secure products and features.
• Evaluate security posture and recommend improvements.
• Protect data and ensure privacy compliance across systems.
• Oversee cybersecurity operations and align with business goals.
• Configure networks to enforce security policies and prevent intrusions.
• Apply RMF guidelines to manage risks and system resilience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to embed security into processes.
• Automate security checks within CI/CD in a DevSecOps framework.
• Support enterprise IT architecture and adherence to guidelines.
