Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Chantilly, VA seeks an Information Security Systems Engineer to design and sustain RMF-based security solutions for national security systems, collaborating with developers and vendors on accreditation under CNNSI, JSIG, and FIPS.

This onsite role requires TS/SCI with poly, a 9/80 schedule, up to 10% travel, and experience with SAST, vulnerability tooling, and DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of related experience; Graduate Degree with 2+ years preferred.
• Active Top Secret clearance; TS/SCI with poly highly desired.
• DoD 8140.03 IASAE Level 2 certification.

Responsibilities

• Write System Security Plans and Security Control Traceability Matrix.
• Assess and implement security controls on computing and network nodes.
• Support accreditation efforts and RMF processes for national security systems.
• Collaborate with developers and vendors on secure designs and testing.
