Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience administering Linux and Windows systems.
• Working knowledge of load balancers, proxies, and firewalls.
• Familiarity with SFTP/FTPS/HTTPS and encryption protocols TLS/SSH/PGP.
• Strong written and verbal communication across all levels.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all system alerts to maintain health of critical systems.
• Troubleshoot issues with clients, assess risk, and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Assess risk and impact of change events or system issues and escalate as needed.
• Provide technical support for security infrastructure across production and UAT environments.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure security requirements during integrations and changes.
• Maintain and improve scripts and automation tools for monitoring and operations.
