Job summary

Citi is seeking an Information Security Analyst (Assistant Vice President) to join its global security operations team. You will help protect Citi's infrastructure, applications, and data, drive risk assessments, and embed security controls across systems.

The role includes a hybrid schedule with shifts and provides opportunities to work on complex security challenges across a multinational environment, with mentorship and career growth opportunities within Citi.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Linux/Windows administration.
• Knowledge of load balancers, proxies, and firewalls.
• Familiarity with SFTP/FTPS/HTTPS and encryption protocols (TLS/SSH/PGP).
• Strong written and verbal communication across organization levels.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system alerts to maintain health of critical systems.
• Troubleshoot issues, assess risk, and coordinate resolution across systems.
• Assess risk and impact of changes and escalate to tech management when required.
• Provide security infrastructure and application support across prod and UAT environments.
• Collaborate with infra teams to ensure security requirements during changes.
• Maintain and improve monitoring scripts and automation tools.
