Job summary

Citi is seeking an Information Security Analyst in Tampa, FL, to join its global security operations. You will monitor alerts, troubleshoot incidents, assess risks, and support security infrastructure across production and UAT environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Linux and Windows operating systems in an operational or system administration capacity.
• Experience with network security components including load balancers, proxy servers, and firewalls.
• Familiarity with file transfer protocols (SFTP/FTPS/HTTPS) and encryption protocols (TLS/SSH).
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication across all levels of the organization.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system alerts to maintain health of critical systems.
• Troubleshoot issues with clients, assess risk, and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Assess risk/impact of changes and escalate as needed to technology management.
• Provide technical application support for security infrastructure across production and UAT environments.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure security requirements during integrations and changes.
• Maintain and improve scripts and automation tools for monitoring and continuity.
