Job summary

Citi is seeking an Information Security Analyst to join its global security operations, protecting infrastructure, applications, and data from evolving cyber threats. You will be involved in incident troubleshooting, drive technical risk assessments, and ensure security controls are embedded across systems and platforms.

The role features a hybrid work arrangement with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, offering exposure to complex security challenges within a global technology environment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Linux and Windows operating systems experience.
• Experience with network security components including load balancers, proxy servers, and firewalls.
• Familiarity with file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS) and encryption (PGP, TLS, SSH).
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication across all levels of the organization.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all system alerts to maintain health of critical systems.
• Troubleshoot issues with clients, assess risk, and coordinate timely resolution across affected systems.
• Assess risk and impact of changes and system issues; escalate to technology management when needed.
• Provide technical application support for security infrastructure and applications across production and UAT environments.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure operational security requirements are met during integrations and changes.
• Maintain and improve scripts and automation tools for system monitoring and continuity.
