Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in information security and related fields.
• 3+ years experience in Information Security roles and responsibilities.
• 3+ years experience in Information security support activities.
• 3+ years experience in Data protection compliance and practices.
• Proven clear written and verbal communication.
• Proven influencing and relationship management skills.
• Proven analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Security Incident Response Teams with investigations and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with development and infrastructure units to identify IS risks and controls.
• Perform regular assessments based on threat landscape changes.
• Monitor vulnerability assessments and ethical hacking; address issues in supported apps.
• Provide security support during systems development (e.g., authentication, encryption).
• Identify and develop new technical procedures and process controls manuals.
• Identify significant IS threats and vulnerabilities.
• Mentor teammates and assist with training junior staff.
• Assess risk in business decisions with emphasis on Citi's reputation and regulatory compliance.
