Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking an Information Technology (IT) Technician to support Allegiant Stadium’s in-house IT department during events. You’ll handle onboarding, digital signage support, O365 administration, cybersecurity reviews, and POS device maintenance.

The role requires troubleshooting, training teammates, and occasional irregular hours, including evenings and weekends. This is a part-time position offering 401(k) plan and matching.

Qualifications

• 2 years of increasing responsibility in installation, maintenance, and removal of telephone, data, personal computer, and wireless network systems.
• A combination of specialized technical training in the installation and maintenance of Point of Sale Technology/PC systems and technical education is desired.
• Ability to work a variable work schedule (including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required), depending on event and business requirements.
• Excellent customer service skills over the phone, by email, and in person.
• Experience in a public facility is preferred.
• CompTIA A+ certification desired. Possesses or obtains a valid SNHD health card.
• Strong understanding of how PCs function in a networking environment.
• Ability to perform constant walking, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying of heavy objects.
• Principles and techniques of maintenance and repair for PC systems and related equipment.
• Basic understanding of wireless mobile devices, including but not limited to laptops, cell phones, and tablets.
• Advanced computer proficiency and Microsoft Office products knowledge to include Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Safe work practices.

• Check for malware, vulnerabilities, and unauthorized access through Sophos.
• Work with employees to understand their needs and then recommend solutions that meet those needs.
• Other duties, responsibilities and/ or projects as assigned.

Position Summary

Allegiant Stadium is looking for an Information Technology (IT) Technician to join our team. The IT Technician will support our in-house IT department on event days in a variety of areas, including new hire technology setup, onboarding, digital signage support, O365 administration, daily cybersecurity review, and hardware and software support primarily focused on Point of Sales devices. The successful candidate will be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, assist with the implementation of new technologies, and provide training and support to team members.

This role will pay an hourly rate of $25.00 - $30.00.
