Position Summary Information Job Description Summary: Are you looking for real-world technical experience in a collaborative and supportive environment? Join the Web Services and Technologies ( WST ) team within University Technology Services ( UTS )! As an IT Technician I – Application Developer you may support WST with application development support, quality assurance, content updates, and enterprise technology initiatives development tasks that improve the University’s digital services for the Villanova community in alignment with the TechNova strategic plan and depending on current needs. This position is designed for students who want to gain practical hands‑on experience with web platforms, technologies and enterprise applications, digital forms, mobile technologies, low-code/no-code tools, and emerging AI-supported work while learning from experienced UTS professionals to deliver impactful solutions for the Villanova community. Students in this role will develop practical experience with professional communication, service management, quality assurance, documentation, application support, and collaborative problem solving in a higher education technology environment.
