• Operate high-volume duplex and flash fusion production printers
• Use TSO/ISPF and JES3 commands to run critical, time-sensitive print production jobs
• Set up, prompt, execute, and monitor print batches with accuracy and quality control
• Load/unload paper and supplies, maintain print equipment, and perform preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot printing issues, develop solutions, and coordinate with vendors, programmers, and management
• Document system messages, maintain logs, track production statistics, and support shift turnover
• Communicate clearly with team members, business partners, and leadership

Desirable Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic data processing principles
• Familiarity with PCs (Windows, Word, Excel)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with print operations or printing hardware (a plus, not required)
• Understanding of batch processing and production priorities
• A willingness to learn mainframe tools like TSO/ISPF and JES3
