Overview

The Operations Division, Industry Services Branch (ISB) is seeking a motivated and dynamic leader to join our team as a Staff Services Manager I. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills who is ready to take on a challenging role focused on strengthening and supporting the ISB workforce.

Under the direction of the Branch Chief, the Staff Services Manager I will play a key role in supporting expanded analytical responsibilities within the branch due to the implementation of the Occupational Licensing (OL) Digital eXperience Platform (DXP). This position will also review and recommend innovative solutions to improve internal procedures and provide administrative support as the Vehicle Registration (VR) DXP is introduced.

Base pay range: This position is located at the DMV Headquarters in Sacramento.
