Job summary

MatchPoint Solutions in Saint Paul, MN is seeking an onsite IT Support contractor to assist a local user base. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage tickets, and help keep daily IT operations running smoothly.

The role is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a pay rate of $25–$45 per hour. You will support ~100 users and collaborate with a team to resolve technical problems quickly.

• Experience providing IT support in a corporate environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and ticketing skills.
• Ability to handle hardware, software and networking issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support for ~100 users in St. Paul.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues as they arise.
• Resolve and close tickets in the ticketing system and document actions.
• Assist with daily IT operations and deployment activities.
