Job description

IT Support Specialist

Location: New York City (On-site, 5 days a week)

Contract Duration: 6 months + extensions

We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious client in Lower Manhattan, who is looking for a skilled IT professional to provide exceptional white-glove support to their teams onsite.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality 2nd line and escalated IT support to employees, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient issue resolution.
  • Provide white-glove VIP support to senior stakeholders, offering a seamless IT experience.
  • Manage and troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft 365 suite, Intune, and Azure AD.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Maintain strong communication with employees across all levels of the organization.
  • Adapt to changing work schedules (9 AM - 5 PM, with possible 8 AM - 4 PM shifts as required).

Requirements

  • Proven experience in 1st and 2nd line IT support roles.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 suite, Intune, and Azure Active Directory.
  • Experience providing VIP/white-glove IT support.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
