Job summary

Franklin Fitch seeks a Senior IT Support Engineer to deliver high-touch technology support to end users in the office and shop floor. You will serve as a senior escalation point for complex desktop, mobility, and end-user issues, supporting a global workforce across office, remote, and travelling users.

You will manage onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, and access requests, participate in on-call rotations, and provide AV/conferencing support for leadership meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise users including executives and assistants.
• Independent contributor with strong ownership of incidents.
• Experience handling Tier 1–3 tickets and on-call rotation.
• Device provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, and access requests management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver white-glove IT support to senior executives and assistants.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver white-glove IT support to senior executives and executive assistants
• Serve as a senior escalation point for complex desktop, mobility, and end-user issues
• Support a global workforce across office, remote, and travelling users
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, device provisioning, and user access requests
• Participate in an on-call rotation supporting business-critical and executive technology needs
• Maintain executive-ready spare devices and coordinate rapid device replacements when required
• Provide AV and conferencing support for board meetings, leadership events, and critical business presentations
• Administer and support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows 11, Apple devices, and endpoint management platforms

Required Experience

• Experience with: Endpoint Management, Office 365, IAM, Intune, Networking, Automation
• Experience working in an office and/or shop floor environment
• Ability to work as an individual contributor
• Experience working across Tier 1 - Tier 3 level tickets
